Outsourced bookkeeping for CPA firms and tax practices
Your clients' books reconciled and ready for the return — without adding staff. For twenty years I've supported a US tax consultant's clients directly, month after month. White-label under your firm's name, or alongside you.
Bookkeeping is the work that crowds out your best work
Clients arrive at tax season with unreconciled books. Bookkeeping staff are hard to hire and harder to keep, and the margin on monthly bookkeeping rarely justifies a CPA's time. So the returns wait while someone untangles a bank reconciliation.
That untangling is my job. I keep the books current and reconciled all year, so what reaches you at filing time is books you can prepare a return from — not a shoebox. And because I don't prepare returns or give tax advice, I'm never competing with you for the client's tax work.
Start with one client. Scale when you trust it.
No retainer, no minimum volume, no long onboarding. You judge the work on a real client before you commit anything else.
Send one client
A month of statements and the QuickBooks file for a client you'd like to hand over.
PilotSee the work, get a price
I reconcile that month, show you what I found, and quote a flat monthly fee for that company.

Per client: what's included, when statements arrive, when reconciled books come back — built around your filing calendar.

Reconciled books and statements back on the agreed date, every month, with questions routed the way you choose.

White-label
I work under your firm's name. Your client deals with your firm; questions and deliverables go through you. You keep the relationship and set your own price to the client.
Alongside you
I work with the client directly on the monthly bookkeeping, and you stay their tax adviser. Reconciled books come to you at year-end ready for the return.
Per client, every month
- Every transaction categorised in QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Bank and credit card reconciliation to the statement, every account
- Payroll tied out to the payroll register
- AR and AP aging kept current
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet
- Year-end handover with reconciliation reports for the return
- Multi-entity and multi-location clients, including intercompany treatment
- Catch-up for new clients who arrive behind — priced separately
Your clients' data, handled carefully
- No banking logins, ever — statements and software access only
- Access you control — an accountant user in QuickBooks that you or the client can remove at any time
- A registered company — A&M Offshore Accounting (Pvt) Ltd, CUIN 0353769
- PSEB-registered IT-enabled services exporter, Reg. Z‑25‑21943/26
- Intuit-certified — Bookkeeping, QuickBooks Levels 1 and 2, QuickBooks Desktop and Client Advisory Services, each verifiable on Credly
- One person on your files — the same bookkeeper every month, not a rotating team
A flat fee per company, before you quote your client
Each client company gets its own flat monthly fee, agreed in writing after I've worked a sample month — so you know your cost before you set your price. It doesn't move because a month was busy, and your questions are never billed.
Send one client's month and you'll have a figure within two or three business days. For reference, my direct small-business rates start at $275 a month; firm arrangements are quoted per company from the pilot.
Send me one client
One month of statements and the QuickBooks file. You'll see the reconciled result and a per-company price in writing within two or three business days — then decide.
Questions about outsourced bookkeeping for CPA firms
Do you prepare tax returns or give tax advice?
No — and that's deliberate. I'm a bookkeeper, not a CPA or EA. I keep the books current and reconciled; your firm prepares the return and advises the client. I'm never competing with you for the tax work.
Can you work white-label under our firm's name?
Yes. Your client deals with your firm, and questions and deliverables go through you. Or, if you prefer, I work with the client directly on the monthly bookkeeping while you stay their tax adviser. You choose per client.
Do you work with EAs and solo tax preparers, not just CPA firms?
Yes. A large part of my twenty years has been supporting one US tax consultant's clients directly. Practice size doesn't matter — what matters is agreeing scope and dates clearly up front.
How many clients can you take on at once?
Tell me the volume and your deadlines before we start and I'll say honestly what I can take on. I'd rather decline a client than miss your filing date — that's why every engagement starts with one pilot client.
Which software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, primarily — I'm Intuit-certified in both. For clients on Xero or other software, ask and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
How do you handle client questions and missing documents?
However you prefer. White-label: I send you a short list of items only the client can answer, and you pass them on. Direct: I ask the client myself. Either way, missing items are flagged as outstanding rather than guessed.
