Outsourced Bookkeeping for U.S. Businesses & Accounting Firms
Accurate, reconciled QuickBooks bookkeeping delivered remotely by an experienced, founder-led accounting support company.
A&M Offshore Accounting works with U.S. CPA firms, enrolled agents and tax practices that need bookkeeping capacity, and with U.S. small businesses that need their books kept current. We are not a CPA firm, and we do not prepare tax returns.
Two ways to work with A&M
The firm-facing work is the heart of the practice. Direct small-business work is the second path.
CPA & tax firms
You keep the client relationship. We handle the bookkeeping behind the scenes.
White-label or alongside your firm. Start with one client; scale when you trust the work. Cleanup before the return reaches your desk.
Start With One Client →Small businesses
Ongoing monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks cleanup and catch-up for owner-run U.S. businesses, with a flat monthly fee you can estimate yourself.
Multi-location and multi-entity books are routine work, not an exception.
Request a Bookkeeping Review →Start with one client. Scale when you trust it.
There is no requirement to outsource an entire portfolio. Judge the work on one real client first.
The firm provides one client
One bookkeeping client or one cleanup project — your choice.
Scope and access are agreed
What is included, the dates, and the access the firm or client will grant.
A&M completes the work
The agreed work is done to the agreed dates.
The firm reviews it
You check the work against your own standards before anything else happens.
Only then does it expand
More clients only after you are satisfied. No portfolio commitment up front.
Bookkeeping cleanup before the return reaches your desk
Clients often arrive during tax season with books that are not ready to prepare a return from.
A&M cleans up and catches up the bookkeeping, so the tax professional receives organised, reconciled books to review and prepare from. A&M does not prepare the return.

Described plainly, including what is not claimed.

Twenty years of other people's month-ends
Moin Ud Din Malik founded A&M Offshore Accounting after nearly twenty years of remote bookkeeping for U.S. businesses — restaurants, franchises, gas stations, convenience stores, mortgage-related businesses, medical practices, IT companies and non-profits — much of it supporting a U.S. tax consultant's clients directly.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi (2004) and five Intuit credentials, each verifiable on Credly. He reviews the work delivered to clients each month. He is not a CPA.
Experience across owner-operated U.S. businesses

A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited is not a CPA firm. It provides bookkeeping and accounting-support services: keeping books current and reconciled, cleaning up prior records, and handing over organised, tax-ready books.
It does not provide audit, review, assurance or attestation services, tax preparation or tax advice, legal advice or investment advice, and it does not prepare or file tax returns. Those stay with the client's CPA, enrolled agent, tax preparer or other licensed professional.
Where A&M supports payroll or sales-tax reporting, that is reporting and support prepared from the books. It is not tax advice or a compliance determination.
The founder holds Intuit QuickBooks credentials. These are software-training credentials, not a professional accounting licence, and they do not make him a CPA.
