Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, primarily.
Do you handle payroll and sales tax?
A&M records payroll and reconciles it to the register and liabilities, and provides payroll and sales-tax reporting/support prepared from the books. Tax advice, filing and compliance determinations remain with the client or their tax professional.
Who does the work?
A&M's in-house team, who are employees of the company, with the founder reviewing each client's month before delivery.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. A&M is not a CPA firm. Your CPA, EA or tax preparer prepares the return from the books A&M delivers.
What A&M is — and is not
A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited is not a CPA firm. It provides bookkeeping and accounting-support services: keeping books current and reconciled, cleaning up prior records, and handing over organised, tax-ready books.
It does not provide audit, review, assurance or attestation services, tax preparation or tax advice, legal advice or investment advice, and it does not prepare or file tax returns. Those stay with the client's CPA, enrolled agent, tax preparer or other licensed professional.
Where A&M supports payroll or sales-tax reporting, that is reporting and support prepared from the books. It is not tax advice or a compliance determination.
The founder holds Intuit QuickBooks credentials. These are software-training credentials, not a professional accounting licence, and they do not make him a CPA.
