Biography

Twenty years of other people's month-ends

Moin Ud Din Malik has approximately twenty years of experience providing remote bookkeeping and accounting support for U.S. businesses, much of it through a long-standing relationship supporting a U.S. tax consultant's clients directly.

His work has included restaurants, franchise businesses, gas stations, convenience stores, mortgage-related businesses, medical practices, IT companies, non-profits and other owner-operated U.S. businesses.

This experience predates the incorporation of A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited, which was formally registered in September 2026. He founded the company to carry the work forward with a team, supervises that team, and reviews client work before it is delivered.

What A&M is — and is not

A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited is not a CPA firm. It provides bookkeeping and accounting-support services: keeping books current and reconciled, cleaning up prior records, and handing over organised, tax-ready books.

It does not provide audit, review, assurance or attestation services, tax preparation or tax advice, legal advice or investment advice, and it does not prepare or file tax returns. Those stay with the client's CPA, enrolled agent, tax preparer or other licensed professional.

Where A&M supports payroll or sales-tax reporting, that is reporting and support prepared from the books. It is not tax advice or a compliance determination.

The founder holds Intuit QuickBooks credentials. These are software-training credentials, not a professional accounting licence, and they do not make him a CPA.
