Website Terms
The terms for using this website. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of amoffshore.com, operated by A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited (“A&M”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information only
The content of this website is general information about A&M's services. It is not tax, accounting, legal, investment or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Using the website, submitting an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create a professional or contractual relationship.
A&M is not a CPA firm
A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited provides bookkeeping and accounting-support services. It is not a CPA firm and does not provide audit, review, assurance or attestation services, tax preparation or tax advice, legal advice or investment advice. Where those services are needed, they must come from an appropriately licensed professional.
Engagements
A relationship with A&M begins only when a written engagement agreement has been agreed and signed. That agreement, and any NDA or data-processing agreement, set out the services, fees, dates, confidentiality and other obligations, and take precedence over anything on this website.
Price estimates
Figures produced by the price calculator and price ranges shown on the website are non-binding estimates based on what you enter. They are not offers or quotations. A fee is binding only when agreed in writing after A&M has reviewed your records, and it may differ from an estimate.
Credentials and trademarks
Intuit QuickBooks credentials referred to on the website are Intuit training-programme credentials held by the company's founder. They are not accredited qualifications or a professional accounting licence. Their status can be verified through the Credly links provided. QuickBooks, Intuit and ProAdvisor are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used for descriptive purposes only. A&M is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website: do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it or its mailboxes, do not use automated means to submit forms, and do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Do not submit sensitive documents or credentials through the website.
Intellectual property
The website's content, design and logo belong to A&M or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but may not copy or republish the content without permission.
Third-party links
The website links to services run by others, such as LinkedIn, Credly and BookSmartTools. A&M does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limits of liability
The website is provided as is, and A&M does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&M is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability under an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Privacy
How the website handles personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
