About A&M Offshore Accounting
A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited is a founder-led bookkeeping company in Abbottabad, Pakistan, serving U.S. CPA firms, tax practices and small businesses remotely.
Older work, a newer company
The bookkeeping behind A&M is older than the company. Moin Ud Din Malik has been providing remote bookkeeping and accounting support to U.S. businesses for approximately twenty years.
A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited was formally registered in Pakistan in September 2026. It was created to formalize and scale that long-standing bookkeeping activity: a registered entity with a team, a registered office and written agreements that a CPA firm or small business can contract with. The company itself is new. The experience it is built on is not.
A&M now operates through a four-person in-house team under founder supervision, focused on recurring outsourced bookkeeping and accounting support.
We say this plainly because a firm weighing a vendor is entitled to know exactly what is old and what is new.
A&M Offshore Accounting is an independent company. It is not affiliated with Alvarez & Marsal or with any other organisation abbreviated “A&M”.
Focus
Accuracy and reconciliation
Books that agree with the statements, not “close enough”. A difference that will not clear is traced to its source, not plugged.
Confidentiality
Other people's financial records, handled under written agreements and access that the client or firm controls.
Consistent delivery
Dates agreed in writing, work to those dates, and early notice if one is at risk.
Long-term relationships
Much of the work has been month after month for the same clients over years.
CPA and tax-firm support
Behind-the-scenes capacity that leaves the client relationship and the tax work with the firm.
Scalable outsourced bookkeeping
Start with one client and add more as the work earns it.
Founder-Led, Four-Person Bookkeeping Team
A&M Offshore Accounting currently operates with a four-person in-house bookkeeping team under the supervision of founder Moin Ud Din Malik. The team handles recurring bookkeeping and related accounting-support work, while Moin provides engagement oversight and reviews client work before delivery.

A&M is a small company and describes itself that way. Payroll and sales-tax work is reporting and support prepared from the books; tax advice and compliance determinations stay with the client or their CPA, EA or tax professional. Business continuity → Security & data protection →

What A&M is — and is not
A&M Offshore Accounting (Private) Limited is not a CPA firm. It provides bookkeeping and accounting-support services: keeping books current and reconciled, cleaning up prior records, and handing over organised, tax-ready books.
It does not provide audit, review, assurance or attestation services, tax preparation or tax advice, legal advice or investment advice, and it does not prepare or file tax returns. Those stay with the client's CPA, enrolled agent, tax preparer or other licensed professional.
Where A&M supports payroll or sales-tax reporting, that is reporting and support prepared from the books. It is not tax advice or a compliance determination.
The founder holds Intuit QuickBooks credentials. These are software-training credentials, not a professional accounting licence, and they do not make him a CPA.
